Bunny Portraits 2026: A Little Spring Magic in the Snoqualmie Valley
There’s something about spring that feels extra magical—fresh blooms, warmer light, softer evenings, and all the little reminders that new seasons are here.
This year’s Bunny Portrait sessions were the sweetest way to welcome spring, and I’m still smiling thinking about them.
Over two spring weekends, I had the joy of photographing so many incredible little personalities alongside the gentlest, fluffiest bunnies from Special Bunny Rescue.
And truly—the bunny magic was real.
Some little ones showed up eager to jump right in, ready to snuggle and love on their bunny. Others needed a little time to warm up (which is so normal), but watching their curiosity turn into comfort was one of my favorite parts of the whole experience.
That’s what I love most about these sessions.
They’re about more than cute photos.
They capture childhood exactly as it is right now—the tiny hands, the missing teeth, the wonder, the softness, the way your child is in this season before it changes again.
And this year felt even more meaningful knowing that a portion of every session supported the beautiful work of Special Bunny Rescue, helping care for and rehome rabbits in our community.
A huge thank you to North Fork Farm Events for hosting us again and creating such a beautiful space for these portraits. It’s always the perfect setting for timeless spring memories.
And to every family who came out—thank you.
Thank you for trusting me with your little ones, your memories, and these fleeting seasons of childhood. Thank you for your patience during bunny breaks, for rolling with the unexpected, and for leaning into the magic of it all.
Working with kids and live animals always brings a little unpredictability—but honestly, that’s part of what makes these sessions so special. The real moments are always the best ones.
Galleries are heading out now (or may already be waiting in your inbox), and I cannot wait for you to see them.
And one little reminder—
Your bunny portraits were never meant to live on a screen.
These are the kinds of images that deserve to become part of your home—framed on your walls, displayed on shelves, or preserved in heirloom albums your children will flip through for years to come.
If you’d like to turn your portraits into custom artwork for your home, reach out to schedule a print consultation. Together, we’ll design meaningful heirloom pieces that fit your space and tell your family’s story beautifully—art made to be loved now and passed down for generations.
Because childhood doesn’t stay little for long—but your photos can.
Until next spring 🐇🌷
With gratitude,
